Soft lighting and soothing music set the tone for relaxation inviting you to leave behind the external world and turn inward. You’ll get comfortable, removing only your footwear and socks, allowing you to fully unwind ready for your treatment.
We’ll begin with a brief discussion about your health history and any areas seeking balance. This exchange allows us to co-create a session that resonates with your needs and wellness goals.
As you get comfortable, I gently cleanse your feet. I apply gentle pressure to specific reflex points, each corresponding to different organs and systems within your body. This ancient practice not only stimulates physical healing but also harmonises the flow of vital energy. A session will typically last 60 minutes including your consultation time.
During your session, I remain attuned to subtle cues—such as areas of tenderness or energetic imbalances. These observations offer insights into your body’s current state, guiding us to areas that may benefit from additional attention
Following the session, we take time to reflect on your experience, and any insights that may have arisen. It’s common to feel a sense of tranquility and rejuvenation. Hydrate well and allow yourself time to rest. This supports your body’s natural healing and the integration processes.
While reflexology offers valuable insights into your overall well-being, it’s important to note that it is not a diagnostic tool in the conventional medical sense, it serves as a mirror, reflecting the harmony or dissonance within your body’s energy fields.
